The timing is about the same but the daughter worked in a trauma unit in Toronto and then one in central London. She eventually moved on from there to the Central African Republic and now to Iraq. I...

I suspect that depends on when the Canadian nurse was trained. My daughter took the same sort of nursing job in the UK as she'd had in Canada and only needed the IELTS test.
