Shall I risk sending meds without a case number? I'm not even sure the GP still has them! We had them done back in April, he may have got fed up with waiting and sent them...

Yep, $1845 taken on 2nd June....buts where's my case file no so that I can send my meds??!! I have emailed them to ask for one.

Not sure about credit card. Haven't had any emails. Have emailed DIMIA earlier today, so can't do much more. I'll just have to learn patience!!!! It'll come in time, I'm sure.

Have had reply from DHL. Apparantly my shipment was signed for at 09.43hrs on 30th May by Melissa!!! She's obviously not as quick with her emails as Sara!!!!! :rolleyes:

DHL tracking just says 30th May "Shipment Delivered". Doesn't say it was signed for, but then it was a bank holiday...I am concerned that it just went through the letter box and it's...

I have had an automatic reply telling me that enquiries regarding processing of application or requesting confirmation of receipt of documents will hold up the processing time!!!! Great! Fed up now :(

Yeah, Good Luck Tinka!!! Just awaiting confirmation of arrival for mine from DIMIA. DHL delivered it yesterday according to their on line tracking!

I can relate to this...my application went on 26th with DHL and I keep checking the tracking on line!!! Once it's gone, it's gone and I think we just need to relax. At the end of the day,...
