Thanks for your view,

I wasn't aware that anyone had lost their cool or that this thread has become an action group? - just information/views being passed to other interested parties, primarily...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Hi Jon

Totally agree - if we all take this view then Fadesa should be suitably motivated to sort out the water and electricity issues - once they are paid things could drag on and as we're not...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Hi John,

I have a feeling that they may well hit their dates - they achieved the target date for ours, ie the construction is completed for Aug. What they overlooked is that in Aug most people are...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Well said Sam - couldn't agree more - personally, discovered the CDL area far before this forum - as mentioned before IC + CE are different developments, IC is/was marketed purely as a vacation...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Doubtless some properties have been bought by speculators, possibly fueled by profits made at IC reselling to Brits. IC have certainly pushed up their prices for new build and as in theory they wont...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Hi

Its a shame that you don't have details of the offending agent - especially as the details of this offence is so prominent on your website.

Hi
I'm with you on this Jules - Faro, Seville and even Jerez are easy to get to no need for another - especially if the flight paths may be overhead!!

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Hi John
I'm probably a bit too laid back about it all- have enough grey hairs as it is :scared: - if the lawyer and the bank says the paperwork/deeds are OK, we can get into the place without a...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

Hi John,

In short I don't know about the golf membership - it would appear that they
want an anticipated 1000E annual maintenance charge and 6E per round - and a max of 2400 members. Its not a...

Re: Ayamonte - Costa Esuri - Part II

As anyone heard ANYTHING from Fadesa...
