not a good idea......in this mkt I would sell it to the first one through the door with a wheelbarrow full of cash..........they don't seem to mind when they let you down right before...

sorry to hear that........tip.....if the buyer won't put a decent size non refundable deposit down then don't take your house off the mkt..........from what I have read there are a lot of flaws with...

you want to tell the realtor to put a note in your file saying that you will not accept viewers that don't have their house on the mkt yet......I once had a viewing where the people found 3-4 things...

that does seem too good to be true......especially the part about not being bothered to do a survey.....wanted to add good luck with it....cash buyers are like finding gold
