Habit and preference.

The books were released earlier in the UK than in the US.... up until Goblet of Fire; and the earliest books were heavily 'translated' for us muggles :p in America, with not...

Ordered my copies of the new book today from the UK. With the USD->UKP conversion at under .5:1 at the moment, it stung! :unsure:
