I believe you have to do it in person, that’s what I did. I was looking into doing it overseas at first. Perhaps you can do it at a Barbadian embassy if there is one near you. I know for sure you...

Yea that makes sense. I’ve read through a few things here and seems R&W is being skipped over. Especially being in the island (lucky you lol) it’s not the most rushed thing.
