This is where I dont get it if they were going to streamline the system then in theory the H1b should also have limits of 7% per country then in theory the backlog shouldnt happen then why is...

S386 just got approved in the senate though but as the bill is different to what was passed in the house it has to go back to the house blah blah

I find the context of that bill scary it seems...

Sorry if this is a repeat but am kind of curious what people feel will be the new changes to immigration policy under Biden. He seems to want to expand visas and green cards etc eliminating backlogs...
