Thanks for info about the interviews, makes me a little less apprehensive! Must admit, I'd rather have a personal interview any idea if that's an option?

Can anyone give me any pointers on what to include on the Covering letter to go with the application? Is it a good idea to tell them what your plans are or is it best to be vague?! ;) ...
