:) Thanks all I got an account today yee ha:D
I called first and then went in just had to put $100 in the account and got hubbys name on there too.
No S/S needed can add as and when I want to....

I got sick of all the leg work so I am now going to make some phone calls as the USBANK never called back:mad: typical and I have tried 6 different banks lol my mission for the day;)

Just called the US BANK and they refused me this morning so the branch manager is going to call me back.

Well will keep trying but they reckon its the law that states a S/S is needed:confused:
I must say I thought the same as you have mentioned ie subjective

Just gone to the bank to open an account in my name.
Not happening they want a S/S number not hubbys no good.......mine
I went to the S/S office today and after being told last week no problem,...
