Again ....thanks for the replies , have taken on a plumber who is helping me keep up with the work load at present.
But as i said in previous post really looking for a partner who is willing with me...

Some people might of read that wrong.........what i mean't was somebody with abit of plumbing knowledge, don't have to be fully licenced.
