Ah….. when they asked me for my UK tax number, I explained that we don't generally have them but we have a national insurance number instead…. she was happy to take that !!

I didn't have my tax number when I opened my account in Lenti unless it is on my purchase documents and I have not spotted it ! I do have my tax number now though as it is on the documents / invoice...
