Interesting.

TD 'made an exception' for me to sign some papers then they will allow me to do wire transfers out of the country.

Hi AB4NOW,

I fit the bill - whats the problem, I use Halo Financial and am a TD customer.
Biggest problem for me is the PITA it is to arrange a Wire and how expensive I consider it to be.
