It's about 28 here but there's a lovely sea breeze as well so it's really nice. She says sitting inside with the windows open and the ceiling fan on. :lol:

:confused: We've had a very normal summer so far. Mega storms, loads of sun and regular humidity. A couple of days of high humidity meant the air con going on for an hour or so but that's about it....

And down my end we hit a top of 33 for about half an hour, although humidity was way higher than normal. Coolie didn't get above 27.

Only worth commuting if you live in the top third of the coast imo and I don't think the climate up there is much different from Brissie.

So we can expect a 'cor wot a scorcher' headline by RR in the next month or so then? Fairly pathetic storm down here and the BOM radar shows it as being quite close.

You want it to go lower than 16? Why are you living in Brisbane, wouldn't you be better off in Sweden? :blink: Having your aircon that low is crazy, it'll only make the real temps/humidity outside...

So you're the only one walking in the CBD at rushhour? I can't imagine all the shedloads of people on trains heading into Brisbane every morning actually work at the station.

We landed 24th November, I had definitely acclimatised by christmas. ;) Following year the duvet didn't come off the bed. :lol:
