I am not sure if it is multiple filings per person, I think they have lot of people and if they want say 100 to move they will file for 500 of their eligible employees so they can be assured of...

If they win both seats and assuming the Repubs hold solid you can bet your bottom Dollar that every Dem Senator will be wondering what they can get for backing such legislation.

There will still be a backlog if this is ever approved, just not so long, so yes. Anyway it has been kicked down the rod so we will see.

S 386 and it corresponding bill have died as they did not make inclusion in the omnibus bill. What happens in the future is a bit of a guess, they were passed on the nod and seems unlikely that will...

With the focus on Diversity making the EB category effectively Indian only for many many years seems contra logical.
