Bevs is talking strictly about Disability pensions which are tax free (in my case anyway) other pensions are not.

What is confusing you?

If you wish you can switch your UK state pension to NZ superannuation. This will give you a higher rate and you get it tax prepaid into your Nz account.

Same, but certainly the military one can be paid straight into your nz account if wished (I feel I can get a better rate - but might be wrong).

I have a uk military pension and my wife a private uk pension but that has no effect on us...
