Not sure about the latter part, unless they are using Teaching Hospitals to do it - but that would be a bit risky if those hospitals wanted nurses quickly :o

To be fair, at least they responded - even if it's not exactly what everyone wanted to hear, it does appear that things are moving in the right direction.
