Romanian nationals, prior to January (as beckiwoo said) had to have a visa to live/work in the UK. Their restrictions have been lifted. What about Bulgarians, have their restrictions been lifted?

If she is a Czech citizen, she is an EU citizen (with full rights, not restricted like Romanian/Bulgarian nationals are (were?) ; Czech Republic has been an EU member since 2004)
