Saw they updated web site, July 2013, Stating it takes 11 months to process the application with AEO. We're 6 months and in process but not further forward.

With us we were told by an immigration lawyer in November 2012 that it takes 6 months for an AEO and 3 months for a LMO. Our AEO was processed in 5 weeks.

As we know AEO's are now finished and all candidates have to have an LMO whether perm or temp. under the fsw scheme, and maybe others too.This is more difficult for the employer because he has to...

May I ask how you know this? AEO's were a far easier way of getting employees because less red tape. However, HRSDC said to our employer LMO's take average 3 months, generally. This was 5 mths ago....

3 months is average wait for LMO but may have increased to due them finishing the AEO scheme. It's a real pain in the arse!
