Sorry, I meant $!!! Still a whopping amount go money! We had 6 offers, all but one over asking.
No subjects, so sold in less than 7 days. Crazy prices but a very well run system unlike the UK!

different market, amazing what difference a a couple of hundred thousand makes!! We went £94000 over asking on our house and are buying £30000 under!
