But my s-i-l taught at Ross Road Junior High about 15 years ago, it's a feeder school to Coal Harbour High, but...

I think the Coal Harbour area of Halifax might still be an area to avoid, although it has improved somewhat in the last 15 or so years ........... it was an area where there not many role models in...
