Even so I can't see how you got 170? You can't claim points for experience, you can't claim points for. Job offer outside Auckland unless you actually have one and you can't claim points for...

First and foremost can you get enough point to get a visa? You can't claim qualification points till you have actually completed it. That's before you consider everything else.
