Basically, with the silver fern visa the employer doesn't have to prove that they were unable to fill the post with a kiwi... whereas with a WHV if you apply for a job and there is a suitable kiwi...

We got straight in at 10pm (UK time) exactly and after a LONG wait for the payment page it all went through hooray! :thumbsup: .. by 10.08pm all places showing as taken... might just be a blip...
