If you left as a PR and haven't come back since (no eVisitor pass applied for), would you say it's better to keep it this way if you plan on applying for a RRV in the future?

Interesting, many thanks for bringing up the discrepancy. Are the criteria easier to fulfil if you left as a PR and haven't gone back on an eVisitor pass?

Sounds perfect. :) The south coast is great - Bournemouth is my go-to place as I went to uni there, but I do need to check out Brighton and the surrounding areas the next time I'm in the UK. :)...

Many thanks as always Pollyana, once we have plans to visit ahead of any relocation back to Australia I will definitely double-check with Paul Hand to ensure the PR is safe.

Didn't want to start a new thread about the RRV so I thought I'd ask here - is there a cut-off date after which you cannot apply for the RRV any more and should just initiate the entire immigration...
