This wasn't really the point. You can link your crazytalk account to the pennysim with smart dial numbers and crazytalk rates.... e.g....

Not much point in using the pennysims data for voip as you can make voip calls without using your data. They use a free connect through access number on optus I believe to make mobile to voip calls

TPG do 100 or 150gb plans shaped to 1mb when you exceed your cap. (When choosing you isp also make sure they don't count uploads as well).

Voip of cellular works just fine here, have used it on 3 voda and big T. Just watch which codecs you use G729 and GSM codecs are the best for keeping data volumes down and dealing with wireless/3G...
