If you're not married then it would depend on the country involved to assess your relationship. If you were to marry then it's practically an automatic right.

As your family members they would share your Freedom of Movement rights in Spain. In short, they wouldn't need visas.

If you used the Surinder Singh route then your girlfriend and her children could join you in Spain until you qualify to return to the UK under EEA Freedom of Movement rules. This would avoid you...

The Surinder Singh route may be an option if you can find work elsewhere in Europe although it's not as straightforward as it used to be.
