Nothing personal but these are the types of cases that end up clogging up the system. Yes things happen in life BUT the person(s) concerned made the application to become a PR and Canada accepted...

Dependent on if appeals are filed the waiting time for an appeal to be heard is going to be months or in the worst case scenario up to 18 months dependent again on which IAD Region hears the appeal.

There is the option of flying to the USA on their ESTA and then being picked up and driving across the border. You certainly won't be getting an eTA to fly to Canada so its either PRTD or fly to the...
