you can do it yourself and just pay the 150$ filling fee

5000$ is over priced between 600$ and 1000$ is an average fee for a lawyer to fill for a mandamus

5000$ is to much...

I'm sorry to hear the bad news , you may try to fill a WM but the INS can tell the court that you have failed to provide the proper documents
my two cents (i'm not a lawyer) provide...

the case i moving along it was Referred for full pretrial case management, i should get a date to show up in court in the near future

have not heard anything from CIS , i have filled a civil action against them i'm waiting for my mandamus to moove along

the parties where served so know i have to wait for the formal answer...

was supposed to be naturalized on december 2002 INS/BCIS called at the last moment to cancel it
