We have daycare already set up for our new baby (he has not arrived yet). Due to his age ours will be $400 per week. That's for a center we really like. I just wouldn't be comfortable with an unknown...

I get 15 days vacation plus 11 bank holidays. In addition I can have 5 days paid sick leave per year. I think this is pretty good for an American employer but then the company I work for is British....
