There must be alot of people in the same situation, living in 'cash in hand' rentals .. I wonder how many situations will change with the new rules

we have asked 5 or 6 times about the contract, there was one the first year, we signed it with the 'middle man' that found the house for us, she took it for the owner to sign, we never saw it again. ...

I wish we had a contract, a reciept, and it wasnt all cash.

We, along with alot of other people who pay rent in cash get none of the benifits of the new laws.

Scary to think we could be asked...
