As long as you haven't gone 63 days or more without it and as long as the plan qualifies for the HIPAA pre-existing condition clause. Most private insurance plans do not qualify and they can either...

That wouldn't be anyway, you would need dental and vision for those. You may also need a prescription one if that's not covered under medical. Do you have any pre-existing conditions no matter how...
