We were at Lowes today looking for outdoor fans but did notice that Lowes now sells lots of Craftsman mowers. I guess as Sears has closed now they took over.

Our Deere run today. After 2 hours of repair again.
It has now become an obsession. He won't let it beat him.

It's going to be a long grass cutting season.

Believe me, I know it is the answer. Life would be much easier. He knows it too but as long as he can keep fixing the JD he won't do it!

It might be sabotage time soon!

Not an option. As long as we are fit and able then we will take care of our own land ourselves. It is satisfying. ......even when it is triple digit degrees!

When we bought the JD we thought, going by the length of time the Craftsman lasted, that it would be the last one we ever bought. That hasn't worked out at all!
When it constantly breaks down half...

You might be right, it probably is a Lemon.

It's been a very expensive lemon and we have come across a lot of friends and neighbors who now won't touch JD anymore for any of their small acreage...
