This contradicts what you said earlier. It costs THB295 with the meter (and tolls) but they may charge THB500 without the meter. That's a difference of over THB200 (not THB50)...or have I missed...

I was under the impression that it costs much more than 250 baht for a taxi to/from the airport.

Has anybody taken the trip from the airport to the Nana Plaza area recently? Any change in the price and service? Anything else I should be aware of?
