Yes, that is correct.

They can only do that IF they have a copy of your I-751 and its evidence at the time of the Naturalization interview. I'm 99% positive they will not have it.

Yes, if it asks for 5 years of information, you need only give the last three. Also you can apply before the approval of the removal of conditions. You can apply for naturalization based on marriage...
