Thanks! Yes, my address did disappear: first for 4 days when I got the 'In Process' line with date, which is consistent with the date on my medical request letter; and then again since this tuesday....

I received my updated document request + medical request+ RPRF today. The letter is dated 22/02/12 and I have been given 90 days to submit everything.
