I got a ticket last year when I was looking on the web site to pay it (which I couldn't) I saw a break down of how the fine was composed if I remember correctly of my $100+ fine only $15 or something...

If it weren't buckled then she wasn't wearing it ;) Hence she broke the law.

Might wanna let her know the UK is not lawless and they have a laws about wearing seat belts there too.

She broke the law, why are you whining?
