I wondered if it said you're too high or whatever.

I like RERA. It taught me to ensure you get the best place in a shitty area instead of living in a shitty place in an expensive area.

Dunno, a guy I worked with was leaving and made a few thousand out of it. Wasn't a big list though....but don't forget, 1,000 names and mobile numbers of expat manager level people is 1,000 potential...

Some don't care, that's their choice....but lots do. Our landlord has said we can discuss a drop next year. I looked around and they're lower but the real drop is in the shitter apartments, without...

If you're paying 100k and can find a similar place for say 85k, by the time you've dropped deposit, agent fees, DEWA deposit/fees, Du/Etisalat deposit/fees, removal men and so forth, you'll actually...
