I take these when I play golf in the summer. PB is 11.5 litres of water before having a wee wee. Tee time was mid morning and 45+ degrees. Finally had a foul smelling piddle on the 17th. WEnt out,...

Maybe one day soon. I took a trip to the gym last week and loved it. Cycled 5k ish to get the heart going and did lots of weights (nothing mental) but felt awesome. However....the next few days not...

I think my dislike for is stems from school where PE was running. End of story.

Either the Short Close (1 mile ish), Long Close (1.5) or Extra Long Close (nearly 2) around the Cathedral.

A sight to behold...Bab Al Helmet seems miles away, Meydan appears to be popular with a couple of the guys at work.

The running aspect would / has killed off any interest for me. I can imagine...
