Hang on.... 1970DUB and 'Ye'...that makes you sound Irish. In which case 40,000 a month will get you, roughly 800 pints of Guinness a month.

40k is too low mate.

On a strict pay grade that I have to work to for Qatar;

18 years (assuming this is post grad) with a Masters, with a Chartership = 45-60 (at a massive push).
