No. Never had a problem apart from the smart meter conking out. We get the occasional village-wide power cut but have never bothered to phone up and report it. They never tend to last longer than...

The charge has been on our bills as far back as 2014. Don't have any earlier to hand to check. Early bills had the charge as €1.99, it is currently €2.04.

Not sure if it was classified as an emergency but last year we got an electricity bill that said we hadn't used any electricity. When I checked the smart meter online, it had stopped recording any...
