But most people didn't stay home the first time. They found excuses to be exempt and pottered off to the shops, maskless, and didn't worry how close they got to people. Then just for good measure...

The reason it keeps getting extended is because there are so many exceptions and people ignoring the requirements and putting others at risk. The answer is to for everyone to lockdown for 2 weeks and...

I think it's peace officers at the NB borders. Regardless of who they are, I expect that if they knew the child was living in Quebec they would have reminded the doctor about the 14 day quarantine...

Interesting. Originally he said that he'd gone to collect his daughter, who was living in Montreal, and who he brought back from there and put into daycare in Canada. Guessing she was infected...
