I'm an average migrant and I live in one of those leafy suburbs.

If you look at the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney its full of average British migrant families.

Its actually what the market demands. Property is not artificially priced that way for no reason. People want to live there and you have to pay. If you don't like the price of Sydney property you go...

I like Melbourne. I could live there if I had to. The pretty beaches and pretty scenery I would miss, and I would have to put up with that Aussie Rules thing, but it could be done :) .

I like Melbourne ..... I could live there if I had to. But what I don't like about Melbourne.

- The beaches are rubbish
- That Aussie Rules sport thing
- The MCG
- The scenery.
