It may mean something in the form of a trade deal (e.g. Canada or Mexico TN visas). The future will tell.

Given President-Elect Biden's Irish roots, I do not think that Great Britain will get any preferential treatment despite the "special" relationship. That said, now the UK also has a "special"...
