I just read in to-days news about the percentage of Brits who have second homes, the percentage is quite high which in turn makes for a shortage of homes and sends the prices high. Bad for first time...

Well I bought a new car yesterday. It took about 2 hours to complete the purchase and paper work.
I didn't get a Skoda but I understand they are very good cars.

Yes that sounds bad but you should be over the worst of the repairs. £400 is a lot to me but people pay that much over there for a weekend in a hotel and they don't bat an eye. (Not you I may ad)
