And what about when it runs out? Wonga don't make loans to countries you know.

The west coast is significantly more difficult to drill into also, higher costs means lower profit.

Agree with this. The suggestion that Scotland would have access to the VWP immediatly is just rubbish, since the participants are legislated and that won't happen overnight.

The use of the word 'us' in relation to Scotland from someone's who's location is listed as Mexico and Canada is amusing to me :)

Because they aren't they same country. At present they do not have control over immigration policy or borders, and upon indepndance would not have any reciprocal agreement on visa-less entry.

No, because it would remain the United Kingdom after indepndance, and the UK is a VWP country.

Because of how the VWP was set up and is enacted in law. There is a process to join, and is isnt automatic - some countries have been on the VWP Roadmap scheme for years.
