Well, I can relate. We often imagine how great things are if only this or that happens. How much better our life would be. But of course one can never really know if that is true unless it happens....

I agree too. The high housing cost in Auckland were among the reasons why we left. It is important to point it out again and again.

I am aware of the real headline. Rising house prices are not a problem per se but rising house prices and stagnating salaries are.
