Or maybe even your health, the high temperature it is zapped with kills all the gremlins.
It is done with fruit juice as well, and gives the milk and juice up to nine months shelf life.
Why bother...

Can`t stand fresh milk or Nescafe coffee, two tastes I have lost since living here. ;);)
