Yep, you are right about that.

In private they can say anything they like and there is no evidence you said it but you correctly called it expressing an opinion - it might just be that IOs...

Yes, he must have meant Islamabad.
I do think that delay for UK applicants caused by those applications being allocated specific manpower will be an ongoing situation and not just for your cohort....

I assume you mean that is true for pre-June 2010 Cat 1 applications.

The Pakistan applications for post June 2010 have been going through London much faster than UK applications, so they are...

Don't worry about the address showing on ECAS - we sent them a fax, changed it through the ECAS change of address thing online and also sent them letter, we didn't receive an acknowledgement of any...
