I would never use the Removals/ Shipping company insurance, go to an independent such as Letton Percival) or through a broker, much cheaper.. hence my question upthread :D

Did you take their insurance or go through a 3rd party?



Do you have your goods to follow lists prepared, ready for arrival (if you haven't already had them stamped)?

Possibly because they are concerned that they could get lost or stolen. You will also need to itemise them (and take photos if they are valuable) on your goods to follow lists if you send them with...
