here the laws are not too bad (but not good enough) if you are cuaght and convicted you have to do things like spend time in jail, pick up rubbish wearing a bright orange top saying 'i am a drunk...

that had been a consideration, the two likely people involved were on foot and its unlikely they would have know the guy in the jetta at the stop sign was gay. Still can't rule it out though....

20 because barrel is a bit shorter than 12 guage apparently and less recoil apparently for the wife to use

only positive thing i've seen is the police chiefs son had 2 DUI's and has a few days in the slammer!

I think this will be extremely difficult for you to back up based on the fact my wife has had more training and dealings with gang culture than most people. also half my friends work in juvenile law....
