Hi SHAZMARK,
Yes we used the Elms. I phoned them and they said it was ok to open them!
Everything fine except for cholesterol levels although these dont seem to be mandatory blood tests, only...

Took the plunge and opened them!
Worried now!
Both my and OH BMI under 35 (31 & 32) but fasting lipids and fasting glucose tests were done anyway.
Cholesterol is showing 5.5 (me) & 6.5 (OH) ...
